Belize is quickly becoming a top choice for remote workers thanks to its inviting Work Where You Vacation program. This initiative lets digital nomads live and work in the country for up to six months, with possible extensions, making relocation simple and inviting.
Applicants need to show proof of employment abroad and meet income requirements ($75,000 annually for individuals or $100,000 for families) but are exempt from Belize’s income tax on foreign earnings.
Living in Belize is far more affordable than major North American cities. For example, rent in San Pedro starts at $950, compared to Toronto’s average of $2,650, letting expats enjoy a higher quality of life.

A vibrant, welcoming expat and local community ensures remote professionals find both connection and adventure in scenic, sun-filled Belize. Read More... |
